Floor unit

jis made of bent sections of 4 mm thickness, St. quality of 52.2, floor structure of height 203 or 180 mm, floor plate of anti-slip waterproof plywood of thickness 27 mm (24 mm). Clamping elements are made in special design, four pieces of support legs, rigid or telescopic, door pull-out ladder. Guide tunnel wide 600 mm is made of two closed profiles. Stop profile against damage during handling of the car is at the front face.

Body – trapezoid

side, front and roof panels are made of galvanized punched sheet of quality St. 37.2, rear port is formed by a double-winged doors from galvanized sheet or rolling doors. Protective profile with a height of about 250 mm is at the lower edge of the body. The frame of the body is made of bent sections with a thickness of 3 and 3.5 mm, quality St. 37.2, four ventilation holes in the side walls. Steel bumpers protecting the body from damage are at the bottom of the rear portal.

Body – smooth

Side and front panels are made of smooth cassettes of galvanized sheet quality St. 37.2, roof panels are made of galvanized punched sheet, rear port with double-wing smooth doors of galvanized sheets or rolling doors, protective profile of height 250 mm is at the lower edge of the body. The frame of the body is made of bent sections with a thickness of 3 and 3.5 mm, quality St. 37.2 four air vents in side walls. Steel bumpers protecting the body from damage are at the bottom of the rear portal.
