Floor unit
is made of welded H-profiles, to which transverse profiles and checker plates are welded. The floor is bordered by a pallet stop and thus creates a waterproof tub. Floor structure has a height of 160 mm. Four pieces of simple clamping elements w/o gripping edges, four pieces of support fixed or telescopic legs, door pull-out ladder. The guide tunnel of width 600 mm is made of two H-profiles. Bumper on the front face against damage when reversing the car under the body. Fastening lugs can be attached to the floor at the request of the customer.
Body
The side walls consist of a steel frame with four fixed posts between which wooden slats for the protection of goods are placed longitudinally in four rows. The front face is lined with plywood, the roof is made of Jäkl structure. The rear port has a hinged aluminium sidewall. Full canvas with side fixing system "zigzag" is mounted to this structure. The canvas is not tensioned horizontally. Vertically it is tensioned by tensioning belts placed approx every 400 mm on the bottom edge of the canvas.
