Floor unit

is made of bent sections of 3.5 mm thickness, St. quality of 52.2, floor structure height of 203, 175, or 160 mm, floor plate of anti-slip waterproof plywood of thickness 27 or 24 mm, four pieces of single or double clamping elements, gripping edges, four pieces of support legs - fixed or telescopic, pull-out ladder near the doors. Guide tunnel wide 600 mm is made of two closed profiles. Bumper on the front face against damage when reversing the car under the body. Pallet stops are mounted on both edges of the floor. Fastening lugs can be attached to the floor at the request of the customer.

Body

The side walls are made of retractable canvas, one or two retractable posts, among which wooden or aluminium slats for the protection of goods are stored in four longitudinal rows. The front face is made of galvanized punched sheet metal; the roof may be solid steel from galvanized punched sheet or tarpaulin swath. The roof can be supplied with reversible stroke of approx 250 mm at the request of the customer. The rear port is made of double doors of smooth galvanized sheet metal with two or four closing rods. Tensioning of the canvas is secured horizontally by a tensioning mechanism and vertically by tensioning belts placed approx every 400 mm on the bottom edge of the canvas.
